Training Sponsorships

Many of the women we hire are highly skilled in various production techniques. Some, however, are not as skilled and require extra training before they can begin production of major orders. In order to give these women the time and flexibility necessary for their skills development, we run a training sponsorship program. Sponsors cover the cost of the trainee's monthly stipend and travelling allowance, and Destiny Productions covers her production-based salary.
